Bali Visa Regulations

The Indonesian Government has recently changed their immigration policy and updated the visa requirements for Volunteers and Interns. You are no longer able to participate in such activities on a Visa On Arrival (VOA), which are now solely for tourist activities.

Applying for B211 Social Cultural Visa

There are multiple visa agencies in Bali that can assist with the application for a B211 visa. We recommend the following agency, which has been processing visas for many years. The agency’s contact information is as follows.

Documents required:

  1. Passport copy

  2. Covid Vaccine certificate 

  3. Flight ticket

  4. Health Insurance (should cover covid-19)

  5. Bank statement last 3 months (Minimum 2000.00 USD)

  6. Visa fee and visa Processing fee 3,500,000.00 IDR.

  7. Photo of the cover of the passport

  8. Photo of a blank page in the passport

 

The standard visa application process can take 10-15 working days. There is an express service that can complete the visa process in 5 -7 working days for a fee of 4,500,000.00 IDR.

 

This regulation will apply to all participants arriving March 6, 2023, onwards. We advise all upcoming participants to apply for and obtain a B211 Visa prior to their arrival.
