In order for us to work effectively together, we ask that you follow the following rules when communicating with applicants via our platform.
Please Do NOT
Do not share any contact details until the applicant has at least paid their deposit
Do not accept any applications outside of our application system
Do not guide the applicant to communicate with you outside of our platform until they pay their deposit.

Be clear and concise
Be polite and respectful
Accept the deposit via our platform. The balance fee can be paid directly to you if you prefer.
If you attempt to communicate with applicants outside of our platform, and/or arrange payment of the deposit directly, then we cannot continue to operate a mutually beneficial relationship with you. A big part of our relationship is based upon trust.
If you need to request any exceptions or have any questions/concerns, please do not hesitate to discuss it with us and we will find a solution.
